Return Policy

At Minifique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can easily return it. Below you'll find our returns policy, including shipping information.

Dispatch

  • Delivery time: Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to strikes, holiday periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Track & Trace: As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a track & trace code so you can always track your package.
  • Responsibility: Minifique is not responsible for any delays at Bpost.
  • Postage costs:
    • Belgium and the Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €6.
  • Multiple orders: If you place multiple orders on the same day, they will be combined and shipped together, even if shipping costs have been paid multiple times.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return your order, provided it meets our return policy.

Important return conditions:

  • Returns are at your own expense.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with original tags. No refund will be given for returns without labels or in reduced condition.
  • Returns Policy: You must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the product.
  • Custom-made items , such as shortened trousers, cannot be returned. Therefore, please check the desired length carefully beforehand.

How to return?

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@minifique.be. You don't have to wait for a response; you can send the return immediately after registering.
  2. Pack your order in a sturdy box or shipping bag and include the packing slip.
  3. Send your package at your own expense to the following address: Pierstraat 242, 2630 Aartselaar, Belgium
  4. Always keep your track & trace receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Refund

  • Once we have received your return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
  • Returns are at your own risk. Minifique is not responsible for lost or misplaced return packages.

Late returns

Returns received outside the cancellation period cannot be processed. In this case, the package will be returned at the customer's expense.
